  • GLP-1 medication management can be added and carries an additional fee of $75 per month. Discuss this with Desirae during your initial consultation.

Continuity care once treatment is stable

Once your treatment is established, you are feeling better, and you need less medication adjustments, Desirae may recommend moving to our lower-cost Continuity membership for $99/month. This provides ongoing monitoring, prescription management, and access to Desirae to help maintain your progress.

Eligibility is reviewed individually, typically after the initial six months. The transition is based on your care needs rather than a fixed date. Desirae will explain the services and pricing before any membership change.
